How to Use the Body Fat Calculator
1. Select Gender
Choose your biological gender for accurate calculations.
2. Enter Age and Basic Measurements
Input your age, weight (select kg or lbs), and height (select cm or inches).
3. Measure Waist and Neck
Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest point and neck circumference below the Adam's apple (select cm or inches).
4. Hip Measurement (Females)
Females should also measure hip circumference at the widest point (select cm or inches).
5. Click Calculate
Get your body fat percentage, category, and lean body mass.
